Reality shifting, also known as
quantum jumping, is the process of becoming aware of your consciousness in another reality that exists inside the multiverse. You are not necessarily moving your consciousness that is in this reality, you are leaving behind what people like to call a "clone" (Which is basically just you. Your consciousness right now, while you are experiencing the other fraction of yourself in your DR.)
For a better explanation, a reality is currently what we are existing in. In our reality, we live on earth. But since there is a reality for every little thing that you can think about, there is also another reality where for example, we don't live on earth. These other realities are just as real as the one that we are living in right now.Our consciousnes
s is split up through every single reality that we exist within. For example, our consciousness that we are perceiving now, is just a fraction of us. You also exist within an infinite number of other realities, so your consciousness is just broken down into pieces throughout them. Through reality shifting, we can become aware of our consciousness in these other realities. By becoming aware, you are then perceiving and living in said reality, because you have learned to access that fragment of your own consciousness.
Lets say that you wanted to go to your favorite movie or book, maybe your favorite t.v show or video game, its all possible. All you need to do is plan out where you want to go. Most people like to use a what is called a "script" (which I will elaborate further on in the next button), or some people just like to keep everything in their head. A script is not needed, but is recommended. However, even if you dont have a script, your subconscious will remember all the details and will get you to the right reality.Another thing to note: These realities are just as real as our reality. There are real people in them, just like us. Just because this is the reality we are born in, does not mean that this is the "main" reality. People are born in millions of other realities, just like you and me. Reality shifting is 100% not just "in your head", and is an entire different concept than lucid dreaming, if that's what you were thinking.You can have as many DRs as you want, and a good way to sort them is to have a WR (Waiting room). I will elaborate on waiting rooms further in another button.Although it cannot be proven as of now unless you shift for yourself, there are CIA documents on this topic, called the gateway process. Plenty of people have shared their stories, and it has been used by people long before any of us were born. This is way more than what people may like to call a "TikTok trend." Just because it happened to surface TikTok doesn't mean that it has not existed before then.

A script is basically writing down exactly what DR you are planning to shift to. You can include anything that you want in this script. You can become a completely different person, or have the ability to fly, or teleport, and do basically anything that you can put your mind to, as long as you include it in your script.
There is no wrong way to write a script. For example, you can write your script on paper, or type it out in your notes app on your phone, or on your computer at home, or even store it all in your mind if you would like to. As long as you know where you are going and what you want, it is fine. Don't be afraid if your script is too long either. Your subconscious knows exactly what you want, so even if while shifting you don't remember a couple small details, do not worry about not shifting to the wrong reality. You already know what you want deep down even if you are not thinking of it in the moment.If you wanted to shift to, for example, star wars, you could start off your script by writing "I am shifting to Star Wars. . ." Of course, you'd have to include the exact time period, or else you might end up shifting to a time that took place way before the movies. (Unless that is what you are trying to do.) You can add rules to this DR, your appearance, your abilities, etc.Below is a starter template of ideas and things to script to help you get started off.

These are a list of methods that can help you shift in order to reach your desired reality. Of course its possible to shift with no method, but these are step by step guides on different ways to do it.ADDITIONAL NOTES:
-I do not own any of these methods.
-You can switch a method up into whatever you choose. You can add to and take away from any step, as long as it is what you're comfortable with.
-It is recommended that all visualization is done in first person, but not mandatory.

•The raven method- The raven method is a more commenly used method than the rest, I would say its the most popular. You start by laying down and getting comfortable, closing your eyes, then proceding to get in a starfish position. (Hands and legs spread out, not touching.) After this, you start to count to 100, either normally or backwards, it does not matter. Between each 1-5 numbers, you are going to think/whisper an affirmation. (Ex. "I have shifted, I am shifting, I am in my desired reality, etc.) it is vital to really emphasize this when you're saying/thinking it. Make sure to say it with emotion and really believe it.
You are going to do this until you either fall asleep or reach 100. If you fall asleep, then you should wake up in your DR if done correctly. If you get to 100, you can do one of two things. You can either attempt to fall asleep or you can continue counting until you either shift or fall asleep.

•The 5 senses method- The five senses method is one that has gotten me the closest to actually shifting. You are going to get in a comfortable position. It does not matter whether you lay down or sit down, just make sure that you are comfortable. You're going to start by closing your eyes and taking a deep breath. After this, Start to visualize your DR surroundings. (for ex. if you scripted that you wake up in a bed when you shift, visualize the surroundings of the bed. What the room looks like.) The more detail you pay attention to, the better. (Note: Visualizing is NOT just thinking, its seeing. When your eyes are closed, look past the darkness of your eyelid and really "see" the surroundings there. This is a vital part that you pay attention to.) Although it is not required, it is good to think/say a couple affirmations every now and then. When you've visualized enough to the point of really remembering the layout of your surroundings, its time for the next sense, smell. If you've scripted that you smell coffee when you shift, imagine that you are smelling coffee. It would be smart to even bring the smell of coffee into the room, to make this easier. Imagine that you are smelling the coffee, that its surrounding you. Once you think that you are used to imagining this and it has stuck with you, its time for sound. If its raining outside, imagine that thats the rain thats in your DR outside your window, or if theres a t.v playing in the background, imagine that its a t.v in your DR. Really believe that those sounds are in your DR. and once you've gotten that down, its time for touch. If you're laying down on a bed, feel the pillow under your head, and the blanket on top of you. Really believe that it is in your DR. Feel it and believe that this is the blanket in my DR, and this is the pillow in my DR, etc. The last one is taste. Now of course, this one isn't exactly necessary, as not everybody is eating something when shifting, but if you happen to have gum or something, imagine and really believe that its the gum that you have in your DR. Once you've put all of these 5 senses together, maintain that state until you either fall asleep or shift.

•The heartbeat Method- The heartbeat method is good if you have a partner in your DR, and you plan to shift into their arms, or laying with them. Of course, this could be used for any other person.
You want to start by getting a heartbeat sound on your phone, and placing it under your pillow. It is recommended to loop this sound, as it might end before you have completed the process. After you have placed this under your pillow, you want to lay your head down on the pillow and close your eyes. Visualize that this pillow is the persons chest, and you are listening to their heartbeat. Really believe it and think deep into it. You can say affirmations as this is happening, and it is suggested that you mix the 5 senses method (as listed above) into this method, although it is not mandatory. You are goind to continue to follow these steps until you either shift or fall asleep.

•The Intent Method- Starting off, you're going to want to start by getting drowsy. Once you are extremely sleepy, you're going to want to lay down and close your eyes. Start to visualize your DR. After a bit of visualizing, simply say in your head or outloud "I intend to wake up in my desired reality." And then fall asleep. If you really emphasize it and believe, then you will indeed, wake up in your desired reality.

•The I am Method- Starting off, you're gonna want to lay down in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Start repeating the phrase "I am" over and over again until you start to feel symptoms of shifting. After this, start to repeat phrases that signify that you are in your DR.
For ex. "My name is---", "I am --- years old", "I like to ---", etc.
Repeat this until you either shift or fall asleep.

•The void method- The void method is done by using the void state to shift to your desired reality. Start by getting comfortable and closing your eyes. After this, begin to affirm that you are in the void state. (The phenomenon that occurs when your consciousness is out of your body). Affirm that you are purely consciousness and consciousness only. Make sure that there is nothing distracting you while you are continuing this process. After a while, your body should slowly go numb and you could feel like you're floating. This indicates that you have reached the void state. You shouldn't be able to feel your body, and you may not hear your surroundings anymore. Once this occurs, begin to visualize that you are in your DR and affirm that you have shifted. Since you are in the void state, your subconscious is confused as to where it is and what is happening. Once you begin to visualize and affirm, it tricks your subconscious into thinking that you are in your DR, and it has no choice but to go there.

•The lucid dreaming method- Although lucid dreaming & reality shifting are two completely different things, lucid dreaming can actually help you accomplish shifting to your DR. The first step is of course getting yourself into the dream. You could do this by maybe using lucid dreaming subliminals, or just simply affirming that you are lucid dreaming before you go to bed. Once you find yourself in the dream, you're going to want to focus and start to affirm that there is a portal to your DR right behind you. It is important that you make it appear behind you, so that you can make it easier for your brain to believe. Once you've affirmed and visualized your portal, turn around and it should be behind you. If it is not, turn back around and try again. After this, step into the portal. You could feel like you are falling and/or floating. This is normal and 100% okay. Stay calm and focus on your objective. Start affirming and visualizing that you are in your DR with your eyes closed in the dream. After enough of this, you should proceed to shift/wake up in your DR.

A clone is the term that people use for your consciousness that is in your CR while you are experiencing your DR. Think of it like this. Your consciousness is split into the infinite amount of realities that are existing. The consciousness that you and I have here is just a fraction of it. You have a consciousness in every single reality in the multiverse that you exist in. Just because when you shift, you are becoming aware of your consciousness in another reality and experiencing that, doesn't mean that your body in your CR is asleep until you return or just "dead". You are going to exist just like normal in your CR while you are away. Your clone is you. Your own consciousness, just a different part of the fraction. So don't be afraid that your clone is going to do something that you normally wouldn't do, because they ARE you. When you decide to shift back to your CR, you are shifting into your clones consciousness aka the consciousness that you already had before you shifted.

Q: Do I need to stay completely still while shifting?
A: No. Hypothetically, you could do anything that you want while shifting as long as you TRULY believe and know wholeheartedly that you will shift. Moving a little bit or even a lot while shifting is not going to interrupt the process at all unless you let it.

Q: What happens to my CR self when I am in my DR?
A: Your clone. You are still there in that reality existing as normal, while when in your DR, you are experiencing that fraction of your own consciousness rather than the one that you experience in your CR.

Q: Can I stay in my DR forever?
A: Although it is not exactly proven on whether you can stay in your DR forever, my personal stance on it is yes, you can. Since time is merely a concept, it doesn't truly "exist". If you can script that time stops in your CR completely when you are in your DR, I'd say that it would be possible to permanently shift. Some could say that it might "drain" your consciousness and tire you out, but I believe that this can only happen if you believe it will.

Q: How long does it take to shift?
A: It takes a different amount of time for everybody. Some people take days to shift, some weeks, some take months. But don't be discouraged if somebody shifts before you. The universe wouldn't have let you find out about shifting if you wouldn't be able to do it. Everybody moves at their own pace.

Q: Is it against any religion to shift?
A: From the research that I've done, I don't think that shifting is against any religions, although don't take my word for it, I could be wrong. I suggest also doing some research on it yourself, but since shifting isn't associated with witchcraft or demons, I don't think that it is against any religion. Again, don't take my word for it. Do your own research as this is a topic that I actually cannot give a straight answer to.

Q: Does my DR feel as real as this reality?
A: Yes. Both our current reality and our desired realities are both 100% real, containing real people. In our DR, we can feel the equal amount of pain that we feel here, the same tastes, feelings, and smells that we experience here are exactly what it feels like in your DR.

Q: What is the difference between reality shifting and lucid dreaming?
A: Shifting and lucid dreaming are two COMPLETELY different things and concepts. While somebody is lucid dreaming. They are merely experiencing the restless unconscious and boiling thoughts that you've had over the day. All completely inside of your head and not real. While you are shifting, and in your DR, you are literally becoming aware of another fraction of your consciousness in a whole different reality. A reality just as real as this one, with real people, emotions, consequences, laws, etc.

Q: Is it bad to script relationships in my DR?
A:No, not at all. By scripting a relationship, you are not necessarily "forcing" people to be with you. You are merely shifting to a reality where you are already with them or will meet them. Theres a reality where this is happening right now, so don't worry, its completely fine.

Q: Is it bad to hurt/kill people in my DR?
A: Of course it is bad to hurt or kill people in your DR. If you wouldn't do it in this reality, why would you do it there? Because you think that you will have no consequences? Killing people is morally wrong, whether you can get away with it or not. Karma DOES travel through realities and will come back to you. These are real people just like you and me. Unless it is in self defense or you have a real justifiable reason to be committing such an act, you should not be doing it.

Q: Can anybody shift?
A: Yes, it is possible for everyone to shift. If they put in the right amount of effort and truly believe in it, they can and will achieve it. Also, just because somebody may have shifted before you, or it is taking you a lot of time to shift, does not mean that its not possible. As long as you put in the effort, you can do it just like everybody else.

Q: How do I shift back to my CR when I'm in my DR?
A: To shift back to your CR, its good to have something called a "safeword" (can also be a safe phrase or sentence). Although it is not needed to shift back to your CR since there are many other ways to get back, its easy to have to get back quickly. A safeword is a word that you say when you want to shift back. You can do this by scripting "When I say ___ I will return to my CR." Another way of getting back to your CR is through a portal. You can script that you have a portal somewhere in your DR that takes you back to your CR when you step into it. You can also shift back via the Lifa App, which will be better explained under the "What is a Lifa App button".

This section contains tips that can make your shifting experience easier for you. Of course, none of these are mandatory. All you need to have to shift is yourself. These are just to merely make the process easier for some people who feel like they need extra help.

•Meditation- It helps a lot to meditate maybe 3-5 minutes before you go and shift. Meditating helps clear the mind of any thoughts or distractions, and relieves you of any stress that may be blocking out your concentration.

•Subliminals- Subliminals are affirmations that are played quietly under sounds, (ex. music, rain sounds, etc.) That only your subconscious mind can pick up. The only thing that you can consciously hear in these subliminals is the music that is played on top of it. Since the affirmations under the music can only access your subconscious mind, they help you believe that what these affirmations are saying are true. (A better explanation to subliminals will be linked under the link button.) It is good to listen to shifting subliminals throughout the day, when you sleep, or even while you're shifting. This will help you believe that you have already achieved shifting, so therefore you will be thinking these thoughts into existence via the law of attraction.

•Affirmations- When you are saying/thinking your affirmations, it is good to make sure that you are saying them in the present tense and not the future tense. If you are thinking them in the future tense, it signifies that you don't yet have it, and are still trying to achieve it, and if you are still trying to achieve it, it makes you think that you still desperately want it. If you desperately want it and still haven't achieved it, it signifies that it is actually hard to achieve, which is unmotivating and makes you think that you aren't going to reach your goal. It is better to say it in the present tense as if you already have it. "it", being your desired reality, in this case. Instead of saying "I am going to shift to my desired reality", say, "I am in my desired reality." This helps your brain believe that you already have achieved your goal, which leads it to actually get to your goal, in this case, your desired reality while in the shifting process.

•Manifesting- Manifesting is when you focus on something (consciously or subconsciously) really hard, and what we like to call the "law of attraction" brings it into reality through the magnetic power of the universe. For example, our thoughts and bodies are energy. Energy attracts energy. Therefore, the more positive we think and feel, the more positive energy we attract. The more negative we think and feel, the more negative energy we attract. Lets say that I really wanted $100. If I focused on this achievement positively (as if I already had it), it would come to me through the positive energy that was transferred through my mere thoughts. Bringing it into reality and life. This same process can be used for shifting. If I focused on shifting really hard positively in the present tense as if I already had it, the same process would occur and I would shift way sooner. •Environment- When you are shifting, it is good to have a nice and quiet environment, free from distractions. Although its not crucial to the shifting process, you want to try and make sure that you can focus and stay calm while shifting. A focused and calm mind helps a lot more than a distracted mind that could get you off track while you are shifting.

•Crystals- Crystals are a good way to raise the energy and vibrations in the atmosphere to make your shifting process easier. There are many different kinds of crystals, but only some are beneficial in the shifting process. A good crystal for shifting is celestine. This will help with astral travel, and get you to your DR much easier.

•Positive vibrations/energy- Before you go and shift, it is recommended to make sure that your vibrations are high and you are in a good mental state. Of course, you can still shift if you aren't in a good mood. Its completely possible and normal for people to shift with lower vibrations, high vibrations and positive energy can just help you along the way.

•Full moons- Shifting when there is a full moon outside is super beneficial. Full moons raise the energy and vibrations by a lot, which can make it easier for you to shift and achieve your desired reality.

The lifa app is an app that you can choose to script into your DR to use as a shortcut, It is a commonly used concept that the community created to help you along your way. Simply script that you have an app that allows you to control whatever you'd like in your DR. You can script that it has your customizable script on it, or that you can change the weather, or time, or anything that you can think of that could help you with your journey. You can customize how it looks and works, or what its called if you don't like the name "Lifa app."

Waiting rooms and desired realities are basically the same things, just used for different functions. So in terms of shifting there, the process is the same. You use the same methods and everything else. A waiting room is basically a place that you can shift to before you go to your DR. It can be a little hangout place if you just want to get away from your CR, it can contain portals to your DR that make it easier to switch realities, etc. You of course dont need to script a waiting room, I just personally believe its recommended as it makes it easier to switch realities (if you dont have a Lifa App), and can be a place to relax & think all while scripting your desired realities.
